Refund Policy

At DigitizeeCloud, operated by Digitize Agency LLC, we strive to provide exceptional cloud-based software services. We understand that our platform may not be the right fit for everyone, which is why we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with DigitizeeCloud for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to any paid plan
  • Upgrades to a higher-tier plan (refund applies to the price difference)
  • Annual subscriptions (full refund if requested within 14 days)

Important: The 14-day period begins on the date of your initial payment, not the date you first access the platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account must not have been terminated for fraudulent or abusive activity
  • You must provide a valid reason for your refund request (for our records and improvement purposes)

Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be denied if we determine that the request does not meet our eligibility criteria or if there is evidence of abuse.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged
  • Partial Billing Periods: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Downgrade Requests: Downgrading to a lower-tier plan does not qualify for a refund of the price difference
  • Add-On Services: One-time purchases, add-ons, or additional services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Free Trials: Since free trials do not involve payment, they are not subject to refund policies
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended, and you will forfeit eligibility for future refunds

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@digitizeecloud.com within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved and processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times vary; please contact your payment provider for details

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. If you have questions about the status of your refund, you may also contact Paddle support.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to understand the difference between canceling your subscription and requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not result in a refund unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.
  • Refund: A refund returns your payment and terminates your access to paid features immediately. Refunds are only available within the 14-day money-back guarantee period.

7. Free Trial Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to explore our platform before committing to a paid subscription. During the free trial:

  • You have full access to the features of your selected plan
  • No payment is required to start the trial
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription plan

We encourage all new users to take advantage of the free trial to ensure DigitizeeCloud meets your needs before subscribing.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests outside the standard 14-day window due to exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages or disruptions that significantly impacted your experience

These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact our support team with detailed information about your situation.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly if you have concerns about a charge rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of access to all data and features
  • Ineligibility for future refunds or services
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
